I then told the lady at the so called RESERVATION desk that I would like to return the tickets to the concert since I couldn’t book a nights stay and she then informed me that the tickets are non-refundable! Again, 🐂💩! Why can’t the reservation desk make hotel reservations especially since they are advertising a concert for the evening. That is 🐂💩! I have tried that in the past and they AWAYS say, we are sorry but we are all booked up. I then asked her, isn’t this a reservation desk for the hotel and she said yes but she can only make reservations for the next day.
The lady at the reservation desk said she can not make reservations for that evening and that I would have to call the reservation call in line or computer web sight. After I purchased the tickets, I tried to book a night at the casino hotel for after the concert so my wife and I could stay the evening and use the casino’s entertainment and restaurant facilities. Very upsetting! I purchased two tickets for a Leann Rimes concert on Friday, 14 September 2018.
