We tried to use it twice the first time we waited in line 25 min only to not make that bus and to be told to wait another 30-45 min. Oh yeah, the shuttle is a part of the resort fee. Everyone in Vegas does it, so all the hotels are able to get away with it. The resort fee charged is a joke: the wifi does not work the weather was too cold for pool access the fitness center could work on a fee-basis instead of charging everyone for 'access' in general the resort fee is just another way to charge extra for rooms.
the WCC tournament was at the Orleans and I would have thought that staffing would have been handled better.
The bell desk was also very understaffed. I finally was waited on, to find out that my room was not ready and I would need to come back 2 hours later and stand in the same line again. The check in process is pretty terrible I was in line for 20 min up on check in (11 am on a Saturday ) with only 3 people processing check ins.
